Shipping and Delivery Policy – Rivan
We always strive to provide a distinctive shopping experience by offering fast and secure shipping and delivery services within and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
First: Preparing the orders
- Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days from the date of order confirmation.
- During special seasons, promotions, and collections, order processing times may be extended due to order volume and shipping companies.
Second: Delivery time
- Within Saudi Arabia, major cities: 1 to 4 working days .
- Remote areas: 3 to 7 working days .
International Shipping
- Delivery time varies depending on the country and shipping company, and usually ranges between:
- 5 to 12 working days .
Third: Shipping fees
- Shipping fees within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are fixed at 30 riyals for all orders.
- Some orders may include free shipping according to offers and marketing campaigns advertised in the store.
- In the case of international shipping, shipping fees are calculated according to the country and the approved shipping company.
Fourth: Free shipping on orders over 499 riyals
If the customer takes advantage of the free shipping offer for orders exceeding 499 riyals, and then returns the entire order or part of it, resulting in the order value being less than 499 riyals:
- The actual shipping and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The customer is responsible for these fees according to the store's policy.
Fifth: Customer responsibility
The client is obligated to ensure that:
- Enter the shipping data correctly and accurately.
- Write your mobile number and address clearly.
- Respond to the shipping company when contacted to arrange delivery.
If delivery is not possible due to:
- Customer data error,
- Or not responding to the shipping company.
- Or refuse to accept,
The customer is responsible for the return shipping or redelivery fees.
Sixth: Shipping delays
Some delays beyond the store's control may occur as a result of:
- Seasonal and holiday pressures.
- Weather conditions.
- Shipping companies are delayed.
- Shipping services will be suspended during official holidays.
The Rivan team always works to track shipments until they are delivered to the customer as quickly as possible.
Seventh: Seasonal and holiday periods
Orders placed from the 25th of Ramadan until the end of the Eid al-Fitr holiday may have their shipping times or exchange and return services affected due to the suspension or pressure of shipping companies during the holiday period.
Eighth: Receiving shipments
Upon receiving the order, please ensure the shipment and products are intact.
If present:
- ruin,
- loss,
- Or a problem with the shipment.
Customer service must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt, with clear photos attached, in order to take appropriate action.
