Exchange and Return Policy – Rivan

In order to ensure the satisfaction of our valued customers, Rivan has adopted the following policy in accordance with the approved regulations:


First: Replacement Policy

Replacement period

The customer has the right to exchange the product within one day (24 hours) from the date of receiving the order.

No replacement request will be accepted after the specified period has expired.

Very important notice to our valued customers:

If the customer contacts us before the 24 hours from receiving the order have expired, he has the right to a refund or exchange even if the customer service response is delayed.

We are always with you and strive for your satisfaction first.

Replacement conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition and completely undamaged.
  • It must not have been used or benefited from.
  • Rivan has the right to inspect the product before approving the replacement.

Replacement fees

  • A fee of 50 riyals will be charged, which includes:
  • Ship the returned item to Rivan's warehouses.
  • Ship the new order to the customer.

The customer bears the shipping fees in case of an exchange.

In international exchanges, the customer bears the full shipping costs.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or error on our part, the customer will be fully compensated.

Additional controls

  • The replacement will be of the same value or of a higher value.
  • Maximum exchange: 3 pieces per order .

Substitution is not permitted in the following cases

  1. If the product is manufactured based on a special request or according to specifications set by the customer
  2. (This excludes products that are defective or do not conform to specifications).
  3. If a defect appears as a result of misuse by the customer.

Second: Return Policy

Return period

The customer has the right to request a return of the product within 24 hours of the date of receipt.

No application will be accepted after the deadline.

Return Policy

  • The product must be in its original condition and unused.
  • Rivan has the right to inspect the product before approving the return.

Return fees

  • Return shipping fees of 28-34 riyals will be deducted.
  • Return shipping cost for cash on delivery orders within Jeddah: 50 riyals .
  • For international returns, the customer bears the full shipping costs.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or error on our part, the customer will be fully compensated.


refund mechanism

  • The refund will be processed within 3-14 working days from the date the shipment arrives at Rivan's warehouses.
  • The transfer is made to the customer's bank account.

⚠️ The bank account name must match the applicant's name.


Discounted products – Special offers – Seasonal collections (National Day - Ramadan collection - Eid collection...and so on)

This policy includes:

  • Discounted products.
  • Products included in offers or promotional codes.
  • Offers for national or seasonal occasions.

Returns to these products are not permitted under any circumstances.

Exchanges are only allowed within one day of the date of receipt .

The item must be in its original condition.

Replacement only.

This is due to inventory management policies and the rapid depletion of products during these seasons.

Important note:

Orders placed from the 25th of Ramadan until the end of the Eid al-Fitr holiday are not eligible for exchange or refund.

This is due to shipping companies being closed during the Eid holiday, which prevents the processing of exchange or return requests during this period.


Order policy for orders exceeding 499 riyals

In case of a full refund for an order valued at over 499 riyals (which benefited from free delivery):

  • Shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The customer bears these fees.

If the order value, after partial refunds, falls below 499 riyals:

  • The shipping discount is applied because the order is no longer eligible for free delivery.

No refunds are allowed in the following cases

  1. If the product is manufactured according to a special request or specific specifications of the customer
  2. (Except in cases of manufacturing defects).
  3. If a defect appears due to misuse by the customer.
