Q: How can I order from the Rivan store?

A/ After entering the Rivan store and browsing the displayed products, you can choose the product you wish to purchase by clicking on the product and entering the required quantity, the color you prefer, and the appropriate size after making sure of the size chart shown in the product .

Then click on the "Continue Shopping" icon if you want more products, or click on "Finish Purchase" if you have finished shopping.

Then log in to the Rivan store by entering your email address and password,

If you are a new user, create a new user account.

Please make sure to enter your correct information (your first name, last name, email address, and correct mobile number), then register your full address (city, neighborhood, street name, and nearest landmark).

 

Q: How can I confirm that the order has been completed?

A/ You will receive a message with the order number on your registered mobile phone and your email.

Q: Can I change (modify) my order?   

A/ If your order hasn't shipped: Yes, you can

Q: Is there a cash on delivery option?  

C/ There is no

Q: How long will it take for my order to be processed?   

Q: We usually only need about one business day to process the order.

Sometimes order processing takes 2-3 business days. If the product is out of stock in the online store's warehouse, the product will be ordered from one of our branches.

 

Q/ What is the order number/shipment number (tracking number)?  

A/ The order number is the number assigned to your order after it has been created. You can use it to check the order status in our system and find it in a text message on your mobile phone or on your order history page.

The tracking number is the number assigned to the package after the order has been shipped. You can use it to track your order with the shipping company, and you will find it in an email.

Q: What is the shipping cost?

C) Free shipping for purchases over 499 riyals to all parts of the Kingdom

For orders under 499 riyals, shipping fees will be displayed upon completion of the purchase process.

 

Q: How long will it take for my order to reach me?

A/ To Jeddah: 1 to 2 working days

Delivery to the rest of the Kingdom takes between 3 and 5 days from the date the order is assigned to the delivery company.

Please note that the official working days in Rivan are from Sunday to Thursday, and delivery is not available on Fridays, Saturdays, holidays and official holidays.

Q: What is the return and exchange policy?

A/ There is a specific period within one day of receiving the item for you to submit a return or exchange request through the online store's customer service . The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the exchange or return, provided that the product is in its original condition.


Q: What will happen if the customer does not receive the shipment?

A/ A shipping company representative will contact you on the mobile phone number we have on file to coordinate the delivery time. Please note that you must answer incoming calls to your mobile phone so that the delivery representative can coordinate the delivery time with you.

If the delivery person is unable to reach the customer, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

The customer will be contacted by Rivan customer service to schedule another appointment to receive the shipment. If there is no response, your shipment will be cancelled, shipping and return fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be returned to the account from which the order was placed. Please reorder.


Q: How can I track my shipment?

A/ You simply need to copy the shipment number (tracking number) sent to you via your email.
